Good Morning Greens

Good Morning Greens: First I would Like to Congradulate the Greens on the 2 percent we have on the Polls. Last time I looked at the polls we weren't even mentioned on the News, So things are looking up. I would though like to ask what does that 2 percent mean. Is it Good or Terrible bad?  Well with how I feel About our Party is We need to get to the top n I believe We can Do it.  If Wildrose Alliance can do it  I believe Greens are far more intune with we the People of Canada  to Get THINGS DONE!!!!!!!!!!! LETS GO GREENS, LETS GO!!!!!!!! My heart n Mind Are totally in it to see Greens Rise to the TOP!!!!!!!! Sherry-Lynn

Are you kidding when you compare us to the wildrose party? The wildrose party is the incarnation of political hedonism -- ultra-conservative in Alberta. The GPC has many policies that are either not generally popular or only appeal to an NDP base (which means we are not getting their vote anyway.). if we were serious about winning seats we'd hire an actuary and a pollster to tell what policies are potential winners or losers and to what degree and maybe we could adopt policy on the basis of actually appealing to a statistically meaningful group of voters.

polls

Well on the Calgary Global News it showed the polls and I can tell you that I didn't see Greens on that poll. Actually it tick me that it was like that but guess who we're the two on top...... tories n wildrose. And my standing up was about us greens going to the top not anyone else!!!!!! Sherry-Lynn

The Alberta Greens were

The Alberta Greens were recently deregistered due to internal conflicts..

alberta greens

It's important we have a provincial presence in all provinces let alone it not being a strong presence in alberta. Someone needs to get their butt in gear over their.

Alberta & Greens

According to http://threehundredeight.blogspot.com/ in Alberta we average 10.6%, tied with the NDP and 1/2 way to the Liberals on the federal scene.  There is a desire to vote green but the provincial party fell apart.

An FYI: we are listed over 10% in BC, Alberta, and Ontario based on February polling (merged data from all polls).  We are not listed as likely to win a seat at this time.  In the past we have been likely to win either one seat in BC (May's) or two seats in Ontario (most likely Guelph & BG-OS).
