Jeanne-Le Ber
Richard Noël was born in Shawinigan South, in the La Mauricie region of Quebec, and moved to Montreal in 1995 to attend CEGEP. Richard is a proud resident of the borough of Verdun since 2006.
As an information security specialist, Richard has a strong interest in privacy related issues, and specializes in the protection of intellectual property. Richard has consulted for many large international corporations concerned with protecting people from identity theft, and in countering industrial espionage.
As a proficient home cook, Richard takes great interest in the organic food movement and issues surrounding genetically modified organisms. Richard firmly believes that the Government of Canada must do more to protect Canada’s food supply, and ensure that all Canadians have access to safe, uncontaminated food, free of genetic manipulation.
At this important crossroads in Canadian history, Richard considers the values of the Green Party offer the best option for Canadians as we face the future in a time of global warming and environmental destruction. The Green Party offers all Canadians the possibility of a Government where environmental issues and social justice are at the forefront, and real democracy protects our communities.
Richard Noël is the nominated candidate for the Green Party of Canada in the riding of Jeanne-Le Ber.
