Elizabeth May: Mr. Speaker, I am rising today with two petitions.

I would like to make special mention and commend the hon.

Elizabeth May: Madam Speaker, in a recent National Post article, B.C. journalist Terry Glavin raised concerns about the extent of Chinese ownership in the oil sands.

Elizabeth May: Mr. Speaker, we hear there will be reasonable time. I find the message from the government confusing.
