Position Type:
Volunteer Objective:
To provide web-based and hard copy graphics to meet ongoing GPC National Office needs
Duties / Responsibilities:
- To assist Technical Services by providing web-based graphic designs to each Riding Association template
- Provide graphic design projects for Communications Team and Policy & Research Teams where deemed necessary
- To design brochures and other promotional items as required
- Report volunteer work hours on a regular basis
- Commitment to the Six Guiding Principles of the Green Party of Canada.
- Adherence to the Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement
- Must not be a member of another federal political party.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Marketing background preferred
- Graphic design knowledge and skills essential
- Computer knowledge, experience and skills necessary: web editing software (i.e. Dreamweaver) and publishing software
- Good judgment; good communication skills; team player’ ability to work independently

Time & Location:
Flexible, duties to be performed from home and onsite at the GPC National office approximately 2-5 hours per week, dependant on requirements.
Orientation / Training:
General orientation to the GPC by Coordinator of Volunteer Resources; Supervision and orientation to specific Graphic Design needs by designated Technical Services staff member.
