Two years

Two years.

Two years today -- that’s how long we have to prepare for the next election.

As Deputy National Campaign Manager for the 2015 election, my job starts right now.

Two years may seem like an eternity but I know from 23 years of campaign experience that if we are going to send more Green MPs to Ottawa to join Elizabeth May we will need to make every day count.

We need trained volunteers in every single community across Canada, we need to knock on the door of every home on every block and engage all Canadians in a discussion about what a Green Canada looks like. But, most of all we need you.

We need you to talk with your friends and family about your vision of a Green Canada. We need you to talk to them about how partisan politics is strangling the life out of democracy, about how Elizabeth May wants to save democracy from politics. We need you to tell them that the strongest economies are those with the strongest environmental laws -- it’s time for a smart Green economy.

That’s why I need you to add your name today to the growing number of Canadians who stand with Elizabeth May and the Green Party of Canada.

My to-do list is a mile long and I need to know that you’ll stand with me and do your part.
