End whale and dolphin captivity. Adopt S-203.
In December, the Senate approved the End the Captivity of Whales and Dolphins Act. In February, the House voted to send it to committee, where Canada could take a major step to end this particular brand of animal cruelty.
Now, we need to push the Free Willy Bill downstream and make sure it passes without amendments. The old parties want to add lengthy, bureaucratic changes and delay this important bill. If they succeed, Free Willy could die on the order paper.
Make sure this long overdue bill passes! Whales and dolphins suffer terribly in captivity. Stop this cruel practice now!
