Samuel Moisan-Domm

The Green Party of Canada (GPC) is both a personal and family affair for me. I literally grew up reading Green platforms. Then, at the age of 18, I ran for the GPC for the first time. Nineteen years later, I ran again as a candidate in order to force our federal government to act for the planet and mankind.

In the spring of 2020, I ran for Quebec Representative on the Federal Council because I knew we were capable of much more. While I must admit that the past year has not been easy for the Federal Council, I am proud of the progress we have made. Our governance requirements have been strengthened, members have more opportunities to volunteer on national committees, and the French language is finally on the verge of being treated equally within the party. And that is just the beginning...

As such, as Vice President - Francophone, I will have three priorities:
- Professionalize our Party by adopting best practices;
- Empower our members to organize and support our EDAs;
- Make our Party truly bilingual.
