Elizabeth May will attend Rainbow Eyes’ (Indigenous Affairs Critic for the GPC) court hearing in Nanaimo. Tomorrow Rainbow Eyes will continue her personal defence of the 7 criminal charges against her for acting as an Indigenous Land Guardian at Fairy Creek. Of note, Rainbow Eyes is also one of many protesters being sued by Teal Jones Cedar for protecting the old growth forests, for an uncapped amount expected to be multi-millions of dollars. That court case is pending.
