Celia Taylor is the owner of PDH Legal Information, a service providing accessible legal information across all areas of law to the public. A passionate community advocate, legal professional, and dedicated environmentalist, Celia is committed to making a positive impact in Niagara.
After earning a Law Clerk Diploma from Niagara College in 2016, she started her career with a litigation lawyer in Niagara Falls. She then went on to Brock University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018, followed by a Paralegal Diploma from Mohawk College in 2021. Her education has equipped her with a solid foundation in governance, policy analysis, and social justice.
Throughout her career in the legal field, Celia has gained a deep understanding of the barriers individuals face in accessing justice. Recognizing a significant gap in public legal knowledge, she made it her mission to empower people by improving their understanding of the legal system. Her dedication to fairness, transparency, and equality aligns closely with the Green Party’s vision for a just society.
Celia’s commitment to her community extends beyond her professional work. A lifelong Niagara resident, she is passionate about Affordable Housing, Climate Action, Fair Taxation, more Healthcare, a Green Economy, Peace and Security, caring for Canadians, a strong Democracy, Disability Justice, Indigenous Reconciliation, and Emergency Preparedness. With her expertise in legal research and problem-solving, Celia is a strong advocate for policies that tackle climate change, promote community well-being, and support a green economy.
As a Green Party candidate, Celia is driven to create a better Niagara—one that prioritizes environmental protection, equitable access to justice, and sustainable development. She believes that by empowering individuals and communities, we can build a future based on fairness, innovation, and collaboration.
