Affordable
Housing
We will make the largest investment in public housing since the 1970s, and clamp down on big investors driving up prices.
Learn MoreMy name is Melissa Snazell. I work as a pharmacy technician. I am a mother of an 18-year-old son. I ran as a candidate in the last provincial election for the B.C. Green Party and will be running in the upcoming federal election for the Green Party of Canada. I am working toward a bachelor’s degree in policy and geography. I have lived in the Fraser Valley for 25 years and have been in Aldergrove for the past 12 years.
I am working on my degree in order to put myself in a position to facilitate change. I am interested in geography, the environment and sustainability and hope to learn how policy can help us make the changes necessary to protect our future on this planet. I am new to public service, since I spent many years as a single parent and worked multiple jobs; however, I am determined to be involved now in as many ways as possible.
I believe strongly in the message and platform of the B.C. Green Party and look forward to many years fighting to get more representation into the legislature.
