Kristian Solarik

Kristian is no stranger to public service and political engagement. He ran as a candidate for the Green Party of Quebec in the provincial riding of Soulanges during the 2022 provincial elections, earning the respect of voters and securing 795 votes. At just 23 years old, Kristian demonstrated his commitment to his community by running as an Independent candidate for Montreal City Council in the Louis-Riel district in 2009.

Originally from Montreal, Kristian has lived in the region for 15 years. He is a devoted husband and a caring father to a 9-year-old son, skillfully balancing family life with his passion for building a more sustainable and equitable future. Professionally, Kristian works as a sales representative for a Quebec-based company that provides operational rolling stock and safety equipment to businesses in the Suroît region and beyond. With a strong background in transportation and safety, he brings a practical perspective and a solutions-driven approach to the challenges facing his community.

Kristian currently serves on the executive committee and Shadow Cabinet of the Green Party of Quebec as the party’s transportation spokesperson. He advocates for forward-thinking policies that prioritize sustainability, accessibility, and innovation. Recognized for his unwavering work ethic and passion for politics, Kristian is determined to bring transformative change to his riding.

He envisions a future where Beauharnois-Salaberry-Soulanges-Huntingdon becomes a model for building a stronger, greener Canada—not just for today, but for generations to come. Representing the diverse and dynamic regions of Haut-St-Laurent, Beauharnois-Salaberry, and Vaudreuil-Soulanges, Kristian believes in the power of collaboration and citizen action.
