At just 19 years old, Troy has already made a name for himself as a bold and passionate advocate for his community, determined to bring real change to a riding that has long been neglected by the political status quo.
With a background in history from York University, Troy understands the power of leadership in shaping the future. His experiences have fuelled his commitment to fighting for better healthcare, stronger addiction rehabilitation services, and more affordable housing. Having seen firsthand the devastating impact of addiction on families and communities, he is dedicated to ensuring that mental health and addiction recovery receive the attention they deserve.
Troy’s campaign is built on action, not empty promises. He has taken his fight directly to the people, knocking on doors and listening to the concerns of residents who feel ignored by the government. His platform prioritizes affordable housing, accessible childcare, and a healthcare system that works for everyone. As a fierce defender of the environment, he is committed to protecting the Greenbelt and promoting sustainable policies that put people and the planet first.
Beyond politics, Troy has worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors, including as a head coach for the Jays Care program and at the Beer Store. His leadership skills and dedication to his community make him the right choice for a new era of politics in Scarborough—Guildwood—Rouge Park.
