Growing up in the Greater Montréal region, I have always been conscious of the immense potential we hold to create a better world. My personal journey, marked by overcoming hardships such as intimidation in school and living away from my family for near a decade, has instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and resilience.
Currently, I serve as a Service Director for Air Canada, where my commitment to excellence and love for a job well done shines through. My dedication to community service is evident in my past role on the Francophone Committee for Pride Toronto, advocating for greater awareness and inclusivity. I also volunteered for Rainbow Railroads; a not-for-profit organization that helps members of the LGBTQ+ communities escape countries where they risk persecution du to their sexual orientation or gender identity.
As a volunteer speaker for GRIS-Montréal, I work tirelessly to demystify sexual orientation and gender identity stereotypes in schools, fostering an environment of understanding and acceptance. My extensive travels, spanning over 40 countries, have broadened my perspective, allowing me to appreciate the opportunities we have here and the changes needed to make our world a better place.
As your Member of Parliament, I pledge to listen attentively to the needs and aspirations of the people in my riding, channelling all my energy into driving the bold changes necessary for a safe and sustainable future. From housing affordability to a fairer voting system, we should never limit our ambitions.
