Trained as a software engineer with a specialization in artificial intelligence, I relish every chance I get to apply my technical mindset to complex political problems.

After volunteering and doing occasional short-term contract work for the Green cause for many years – including, most memorably, writing on the Young B.C. Greens Twitter account – in January 2024, I was hired as a Field Organizer on B.C. Green Party staff. On staff, I teach campaign skills, help build riding associations, and manage the Young B.C. Greens.

Outside my Green work, I study, advocate for, and write about urbanism and tax reform. My writing on these subjects has been published by the Georgia Straight and the Robert Schalkenbach Foundation, and in my home, I regularly host social meetups for housing and transit activists. In what little free time is left over, I produce electronic music.

Accordingly, as an elected representative, I hope to put my deep understanding of technological issues, housing, transit, tax reform, and the arts to work creating the government Canada needs: one which leads intelligently on complex technical topics without forgetting the arts and culture at the core of our lives’ purpose.
