Six people of diverse backgrounds in a collaborative protest, surrounding a circle saying "Change, Vote for it".

Pam Allen-LeBlanc gets things done. With experience in civil service, business, and sustainable living, she knows how federal policies affect everyday lives in Fredericton–Oromocto—and she’s ready to fight for real solutions.

Born in St. Stephen, NB, Pam has called Fredericton home since earning her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1991 and an MBA from UNB. She and her husband, Pierre, raised their three children here and live on a farm just outside the city.

Pam spent 12 years in government, gaining firsthand knowledge of how Ottawa’s decisions impact civil servants, military families, small businesses, and Indigenous communities. In business, she helped a New Brunswick manufacturer become Atlantic Canada’s fastest-growing company. When it closed due to a lost contract, Pam built successful horse, essential oil, and Reiki businesses, proving economic prosperity and sustainability can go hand in hand.

As a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher and author, Pam has dedicated her career to empowering others—helping thousands across Canada find balance, healing, and purpose.

Now, she’s stepping forward because people are exhausted by politics as usual. From rising costs to housing insecurity and the climate crisis, Fredericton–Oromocto needs an MP who listens, delivers, and fights for the future we all deserve.

Pam doesn’t believe in politics as usual. She believes in people.
