Affordable
Housing
We will make the largest investment in public housing since the 1970s, and clamp down on big investors driving up prices.
Learn MoreI am the candidate for Argenteuil-La Petite-Nation because I wish to offer the Green Party of Canada as a progressive option for this riding, giving our communities a chance to express their concerns for our environment.
I am a retired family physician, having worked in Cote-des-Neiges, Montreal, and also intermittently with the James Bay Cree, mainly in Waskaganish, and for two missions with Medecins Sans Frontières in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
I have been interested in issues of the environment and of social justice since my university days. I am currently an occasional volunteer at the Grenville Elementary School and a regular volunteer at Ark’s Harvest in Hawkesbury. I am an active member of the Montreal Raging Grannies. I wish to promote local concerns about mining and water use. I am committed to respectful exchanges with anyone wishing to discuss matters with me, and feel strongly that we must foster a sense of community with all our neighbours, regardless of their points of view, in order for us all to flourish.
